Room Rates

*Rates w.e.f  1st Oct, 2008 onwards

 Indian Rupees Rs 3150/- per night/ per room for

single occupancy and Rs 3450/- per night/ per room for double occupancy.

Extra person is charged at Rs 900 per night.

Check-in & Check-out time is 12:00 noon. 

*Super Room Package @ Rs 4550 INR per night, includes following additional features:-

1.)  Top designer collection of expensive bed covers, bed sheets & matching quilts used only in the rooms booked under this special package. 

2.)  Special fresh flower arrangements in the room every day.

3.)  Complementary fresh fruit basket served in your room every morning with bed tea / coffee / milk  / juice and morning paper.

4.)  Complementary Indian traditional sweet dish or ice cream for two persons every day.

5.)  Colourful designer bath towels set.

6.)  Complementary Airport/ Railway drop from Sai villa.

* Basic features for all room types includes-

Complementary breakfasts, soft drinks, tea, coffee, juices, mineral water, wi-fi internet, local telephone calls, basic toiletries, fresh towels & fresh linen every day, use of airconditioner/ fridge/ microwave/ drinking water cooler as well as taxes are all included in the prices. No hidden charges. 

Airport pick-up at Rs 850/- in medium size car suitable for 2-3 persons, driver shall wait for your flight with your name placard at Airport gate.

Note: Deposits paid through paypal shall have 5% surcharge/fee, which shall be reduced from the deposit amount paid by the guests and any credit card payment shall have 3% surcharge.

Payments: Guests are requested to pay us balance payments in Cash either at the time of check-in or atleast before the date of Check-out.
